Nice video, it reminds me of playing basketball.
My favorite part is how graceful rewound forward movements are in comparison to how they would be in real life if it was real-time backward movements on camera. I also enjoy the basketball going straight up into the hoop backwards and the feeling of anxiety you get when the ball appears to start off with little control and end with control and yet somehow it turns out ok (instead of starting out with control and ending with less, as it does going forward).
